- im on with Verizon, trying to active my new blackberry. the sync doesnt work on my old phone #
- this is my second replacement phone in two weeks. i cant get the phone to sync. the error message says phone not found. #
- im still on hold. im just trying to activate the new phone. then they will have 2 transfer me 2 Blackberry support 2 turn on email #
- the hold music is so wack and so is this chick talking about how great Verizon is. #
- if Verizon was so great i wouldn’t have to replace a 4 month old phone and sit on hold with customer service to begin with. #
