Champagne Christmas Punch

December 19th 2009 -

Ingredients:

2 bottles of champagne or sparkling white wine
1 large juice box of passion fruit juice
2 packages of frozen raspberries
2 containers of raspberry sorbet

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Since the sorbet will add to the non-alcohol liquid content, make sure to add it the rest of your Christmas punch ingredients an hour or two before serving it to allow time for melting. The frozen raspberries will serve as a garnish and add some extra texture to the punch to set it apart from the same old, same old punch that’s usually served at parties.
